On-site Corporate Headshots
Choose an available date and time, sign the contract and pay for photographic services. I then create a customized scheduling link for you to send to all individuals receiving headshots on the date reserved. There will be time slots each five minutes from your reserved start time until all are finished. Each time slot will have two available for a total of 24 people per hour.
How it works:
One hour prior to your scheduled start time, I will arrive at your office and set up my mobile studio, which includes lighting, a predetermined backdrop and a stool to sit on during the headshot portrait. I require approximately a 12×10 space, preferably with 9 foot ceilings or higher. Most often companies choose a 10am start time (set up at 9am) or a 1pm start time (set up at 12pm), depending on the number of headshots occurring that day.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after your on-location headshot day, an online gallery will be delivered to the organizer of the event to either download all high resolution images and/or distribute to all who participated.
Services begin at $950 and include the following:
• Equipment set up
• Custom scheduling link for your office
• up to 2 hours of headshot portraits & basic image retouching
• Includes 1 digital image per person
Booking time requirements:
- One hour per 24 individual headshots (additional hours billed at $425 per hour, by the hour)
- group photos of teams of 5-10 people require 30 minutes per team
- group photos of teams of 11-20 people require 45 minutes per team
If team photo services are booked, two to three images per team are included. Your company is given the rights to use the images on company intranet, print and online marketing materials, business cards, and LinkedIn or other social media. Billboard or other large scale commercial usage incurs an additional fee.
