Bring more than you think you’ll need—you’ll be glad to have extras in case of multiple changes.

7. Snacks and Comfort Items for Parents

Your comfort matters, too. A small snack, water, or even a cozy wrap can make the session more enjoyable while I work with your baby. I have a mini fridge stocked with cold water & always have a few snacks on-hand, but I still recommend you bring your favorites in case you’re not a fan of my snack goodies.
