I took my family to my studio to get our annual portraits done this year. We usually do them outside, but my sister recently got married and we had bought all of these outfits for her wedding. I had picked them out with the intention of using them for our family portraits because we’ve never done a studio formal portrait session before & I figured it was time to try something new. I set up the tripod & posed everyone without me & then ran after hitting the 10 second timer. More often than not lately, I’ve been forgetting my remote for our family sessions. It definitely makes for a longer session for us (this one may have taken three hours, yikes! PS I promise your family photos will NEVER take that long!).

While we were there I had my daughter click the button for a few new updated headshots for myself as well since it’s been a couple years. She’s always super helpful. She did my last ones too.
